The Slimmy Chair arrives in a flat box of approximately 30 lbs.
Slimmy is easily assembled with four screws. (diagram enclosed)
Allow 6-12 weeks delivery depending on quantity.

Born Design shipping, handling & delivery information
We accept domestic and international orders. Delivery to any location, domestic or international, by any feasible method, can be arranged in accordance with the customer's needs. All packaging, shipping, and insurance costs are charged to the customer. All orders must include a contact telephone number. Orders cannot be processed or shipped without one.
Customers may also make their own shipping arrangements using a courier or common carrier of their choice. Purchases paid for by credit card must be shipped to the credit card holder's billing address; this is a fraud-prevention requirement by our credit card processing company.
Sales Tax
What is Subject to New York Sales Tax?
Orders picked up in person by the purchaser or by his/her agent are subject to New York sales tax.
All orders shipped to New York addresses are subject to New York sales tax.
What is NOT Subject to New York Sales Tax
All orders shipped to addresses outside of NY by Born Design via a known common carrier are NOT subject to NY sales tax.
Buyers submitting a legitimate Sales and Use Tax Permit or a Tax Exempt (Non-Profit) Certificates are exempt from NY sales tax.
Shipments outside the United States
The calculation and payment of any applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, shipping, handling, and insurance fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and added after purchasing.
